# BTW Statusverslag

||| Slegs Toesighouer- en Vennootstatusgebruikers kan aan die BTW Statusverslag werk vir alle kliënte. Normale gebruikers kan slegs die verslag sien vir die kliënte waaraan hulle toegewys is. 1. Klik op "PlanSmart"

2. Kies "SARS"

3. Kies "VAT"

4. Klik op "VAT Status Report"

5. As jy vennoot- of toesighouerstatus het, kan jy die verslag filter volgens "Partner, User, VAT Sequence Clients or Other options _(show all, show uploaded, show mark as complete, show outstanding, show notes, show users log table")_ en klik dan op "Show Report". Die verslag sal outomaties vir normale gebruikers vertoon en slegs die kliënte wat aan hulle toegewys is, wys.

6. Sien watter BTW-indienings nog uitstaande is of gedoen is.

7. Sien die totale kliënte en die %-verslag vir elke maand.

8. Stuur 'n e-pos aan al die kliënte met uitstaande BTW-indienings.

9. Die e-pos boks sal oopmaak en kan bewerk word. Slegs daardie kliënte wie se indienings nog nie gedoen is nie, sal by die ontvangerslys gevoeg word.
