# Klient Bestaan Reeds - Sage

|| Wanneer jy probeer om 'n kliënt by te voeg en die foutboodskap "Customer Name Must be Unique" kry, beteken dit dat daar reeds 'n kliënt met daardie naam in Sage bestaan. Jy sal dan die kliënt vanaf Sage in SmartPractice moet sinchroniseer en hulle aktiveer vir die nodige dienste.

1. Die volgende fout sal voorkom wanneer jy probeer om 'n kliënt by te voeg wat reeds in Sage bestaan:

2. Gaan na die soekbalk en tik "Sage Synchronisation"

3. Klik op Soek

4. Klik op die Sage Synchronisation-ikoon

5. Soek vir die kliënt se naam

6. Klik op "Sync Clients by Name"

7. Die kliënt sal dan vanaf Sage na SmartPractice gesinchroniseer word

8. Gaan na die soekbalk en tik "Enable Client"

9. Klik op Soek

10. Klik op die "Client Enable / Remove"-ikoon

11. Soek vir die kliënt

12. Klik op "Show Results"

13. Klik op "Not Enabled"

14. Werk die nodige besonderhede en dienste by

15. Klik op "Save and Update Client Info"

16. Werk die kliëntinligting verder by soos nodig
