1. Soek vir "Birthday List" in die soekbalk.

2. Klik op "Birthday List".

3. Die lys sal al jou kliënte wys wat as individue gemerk is, saam met hul geboortedatums.

4. Merk die blokkie as jy wil hê 'n verjaarsdag-e-pos moet na die kliënt gestuur word.

5. Klik op "Save"

6. Jy kan besluit of jy die e-pos outomaties wil uitstuur, en of jy vennote will CC of normale gebruikers wil byvoeg.

9. Wysig die Verjaarsdagbrief soos nodig.
