Activate Online Portal For Clients

Only Supervisor and Partner status users can activate the online portal for clients.

  1. Click on DocShareSmart



  1. Click on Client Portal Manager



  1. Click on the settings icon for the client you would like to activate the portal for.



  1. Tick the box under "Online Portal" for the client



  1. Select "Apply Changes" to activate the client portal for the client/s selected.
