Add Invoice Email Signature
- Click on TimeSmart
- Click on Invoicing
- Click on Add Invoice Signature
- Type the Signature Title
- Type the Email Subject
- Type the Email Body
- The following Merged Fields can be used in the body and will be replaced with actual data from the database
[Client Name], [Contact Person], [Company Name], [User Name], [Invoice Number], [Invoice Total], [Due Date]
- Click on Add Email Signature
