Add Invoice Email Signature
Click on TimeSmart
Click on Invoicing
Click on Add Invoice Signature
Type the Signature Title
Type the Email Subject
Type the Email Body
The following Merged Fields can be used in the body and will be replaced with actual data from the database
[Client Name], [Contact Person], [Company Name], [User Name], [Invoice Number], [Invoice Total], [Due Date]
Click on Add Email Signature
