Click on DocShareSmart

Click on Files Upload

Click on Standard Categories

Click on Upload to current file categories

Select the Category

Select the File

Check Opt in/out

Click on View and edit text for this upload

Customize the letter to your liking

Click on Upload Files

Checkmark to state that it has been uploaded
