Annual Financial Statements
- Select PlanSmart
- Select Financials
- Click on AFS Completed
- Filter the report as required
- Click on Show Report
- Click on Files to upload
- Click on Upload to current file categories
- Select the Category
- Choose the file to upload
- Select who to send the email too or add another recipient.
- Click on Upload Files
- The client will now have a green box with a tick to show a file was uploaded for this client.
- Click on the green box with a tick and you can now add notes and set as complete. You can also notify other users. Select Save once done.
- The report will show you which Statements have been done, or not done, if the files have been uploaded and if there are notes.
- If you have partner or supervisor status, you can also create projects for all the AFS clients.
- The report will also display the total AFS clients, and the % of each year that has been completed.
