Create a Project
- Click on TimeSmart
- Click on Projects
- Click on Create a Project
- Type the Project Description
- Select the Project Manager
- Select the Project Board and Project Phase
- Click on Create Project & Allocate Staff / Clients
- You can edit details such as the Project Start Date and Project Due Date
- Select the Client and click on Add Client
- Select the Staff Member and click on Add Staff
- Allocate a task to the Staff Member
- Type the Budget Hours
- You can add more than one Staff Member and allocate them a Task.
- Click on Save & Finish
- This will now appear under the Projects Dynamic Report
