Custom Services

Only Partners and Supervisors can do the Setup of the Custom Services


  1. Go to PlanSmart



  1. Go to Custom



  1. Go to Setup



  1. Click on Create Services



  1. Name your Service



  1. Choose between a monthly or a yearly service



  1. Click on Save



  1. Click on Allocate Services



  1. Select the Custom Service that you have created



  1. Click on Show Clients



  1. Tick which clients you would like to provide this service for



  1. Select the relevant user you wish to assign to the client


  1. Select the month or day of the month (This will change if the service is a yearly or a monthly service)



  1. Click on Save Changes



Reporting


  1. Click on Monthly Services



  1. Select which Custom Service report you would like to see



  1. Filter the report as required



  1. Click on Show Report



  1. The report functions as all other Plansmart Reports, you can upload files, add notes etc.
