Custom Services
Only Partners and Supervisors can do the Setup of the Custom Services
- Go to PlanSmart
- Go to Custom
- Go to Setup
- Click on Create Services
- Name your Service
- Choose between a monthly or a yearly service
- Click on Save
- Click on Allocate Services
- Select the Custom Service that you have created
- Click on Show Clients
- Tick which clients you would like to provide this service for
- Select the relevant user you wish to assign to the client
- Select the month or day of the month (This will change if the service is a yearly or a monthly service)
- Click on Save Changes
- Click on Monthly Services
- Select which Custom Service report you would like to see
- Filter the report as required
- Click on Show Report
- The report functions as all other Plansmart Reports, you can upload files, add notes etc.
