Getting Started on DreamTax (SmartPractice User)

This is only for SmartPractice users who access DreamTax via their SmartPractice profile.

Enter ISV Activation Details:
Log in to your DreamTax account. Enter your ISV activation details to link your eFiling profile securely. If you're unsure where to find this information, see how here.

_Once you've successfully connected your eFiling profile, the sync process will start automatically. This will be your initial sync that pulls your client data from eFiling in. _

Initial Setup Page:
After the sync is complete, you will be directed to the "Initial Setup" page. Take a moment to review and update your details to personalize your correspondence.

You will then do the SmartPractice management setup to pull your client information into DreamTax from SmartPractice. See how here.

Start Using the System:
With the setup completed, you are now ready to explore the full potential of DreamTax. Navigate through the user-friendly interface to effortlessly manage your provisional tax submissions.
