# Getting Started on DreamTax (SmartPractice User)

Login to DreamTax via SmartPractice.

1. Enter ISV Activation Details:
Log in to your DreamTax account. Enter your ISV activation details to link your eFiling profile securely. If you're unsure where to find this information, [see how here](/en/article/navigating-efiling-for-isv-activation-1r03tfo/).

_Once you've successfully connected your eFiling profile, the sync process will start automatically. This will be your initial sync that pulls your client data from eFiling in. _

2. Initial Setup Page:
After the sync is complete, you will be directed to the "Initial Setup" page. Take a moment to review and update your details to personalize your correspondence.

5. Start Using the System:
With the setup completed, you are now ready to explore the full potential of DreamTax. Navigate through the user-friendly interface to effortlessly manage your provisional tax submissions.
