Monthly AFS Planning
- Select PlanSmart
- Select Planning
- Click on AFS Planning per Month
- Filter the report as required
- Click on Show Report
- This report will show you all of your clients and the relevant planning month you have selected. If this has not been selected click on Update.
- Select the planning month
- Click on Save Details
- The report will then display the relevant user assigned for the financial statements off the client and the relevant month selected.
- To Update the relevant user click on Client Quick View
- Search for the client
- Click on Show Report
- Click on Enable Client / Services icon
- Select the relevant user
- Click on Save
