Monthly AFS Planning

  1. Select PlanSmart



  1. Select Planning



  1. Click on AFS Planning per Month



  1. Filter the report as required



  1. Click on Show Report



  1. This report will show you all of your clients and the relevant planning month you have selected. If this has not been selected click on Update.



  1. Select the planning month



  1. Click on Save Details



  1. The report will then display the relevant user assigned for the financial statements off the client and the relevant month selected.



  1. To Update the relevant user click on Client Quick View



  1. Search for the client



  1. Click on Show Report



  1. Click on Enable Client / Services icon



  1. Select the relevant user



  1. Click on Save
