  1. Click on DebtorSmart



  1. Click on New Agreement | Age Analysis



  1. Click on Show Report



  1. Click on View & Close Agreements / Notes



  1. Click on "clipboard" icon



  1. Type notes here



  1. Select Client Contact Method from dropdown list



  1. Click on Create Note



  1. Not Honored Note will appear like this
