Payroll Submissions

  1. Select PlanSmart



  1. Select Other



  1. Select Payroll



  1. Filter the report as required



  1. Click on Show Report



  1. Click on Files



  1. Click on Upload to current file categories



  1. Select the category



  1. Select the file



  1. Select who to send the email too or add another recipient.



  1. Click on Upload Files



  1. The client will now have a green box with a tick to show a file was uploaded for this client



  1. Click on the green box with a tick and you can now add notes and set as complete. You can also notify other users.



  1. Click on Save



  1. The report will show you which Payroll submission have been done, or not done, if the files have been uploaded and if there are notes.



  1. The report will also display the total Payroll clients, and the % of each month that has been completed.
