Update User Billing Rates
Only Supervisor and Partner status users can update user billing rates.

Click on the dropdown menu.
Click on User Settings
Click on Update User Rates
Click on the pencil icon for the user rate you want to amend.
Type in the new rate and click the save icon.
You can also increase all user billing rates by a %.
