# Uploading to previous file categories


1. Click on the Upload Files icon

2. Choose the client and click on Standard Categories

3. Click on Upload to previous file categories

4. Choose the category

5. Choose the file

6. Confirm who you would like to send the email to

7. Click on Upload Files

8. Once your files have been uploaded this message will display
