# User Allocations

||| Only Supervisor and Partner status users can allocate users to clients and services.

1. Click on the Dropdown Menu

2. Click on User Settings

3. Click on Allocations

|| **Setup Entities**

4. Click on the "Setup Entities" icon.

5. Edit Partner or Admin User

6. Click on save at the bottom once done.

|| **User Services**

7. Click on the "User Services" icon.

8. Select the service from the dropdown list.

9. Click on "Go" to load clients and users for the selected services.

10. Add the user to the clients service.

11. Click on save at the bottom once done setting each new user for the services.
